It was with some reservation we embarked on our latest construction project with Kevin and the team at Coastline.
Our previous project, with another building company, involving the construction of our family home was a far cry from the exciting journey we had anticipated and left my wife and I somewhat dissillusioned.
Kevin and the team at Coastline have certainly gone a long way in restoring our confidence in the local Building and Construction Industry in the delivery of our latest project.
From initial consultation stages to final contract stages, the project was dealt with in a professional, courteous and patient manner with Kevin’s input being forthcoming and welcomed at every stage.
Once construction began, the speed at which the construction progressed was indeed impressive with full credit being given to our Construction Supervisors diligence, and Coastlines scheduling system enabling what appeared to be a seamless progression between construction stages. Our special thanks must go out to Stuart Roberts for the way in which he controlled the project from beginning to end.
As we know, things seldom go smoothly when building a new design from scratch, however the way in which any issues were dealt with, gave us the confidence to believe the final product we were hoping for would indeed meet our expectations.
It was important to us that the construction teams involved showed a care and pride factor in the way in which they went about their work, something  our last project had seemed somewhat lacking.
Full credit to the team’s that were involved on site. The manner in which the site was left after each stage of construction certainly spoke volumes to us about the relationship between Coastline and the construction teams they engage to produce a competitively priced, professionally constructed house.
Given the tight budget we had to work with, the finished quality of the project is impressive and has certainly hit the mark in all aspects.
Any future projects we tackle will most certainly have full consideration in having a Coastline Sign out front.
