Dear Kevin and the team at Coastline,
We’ve now been in our new home for a few months and had a chance to settle in and we wanted to write and thank you for the beautiful home you helped us create.
Before we even began the process, we had heard horror stories from friends of building a house, but I can honestly say, our experience has been the complete opposite. From the very beginning we felt comfortable with you and your team, and loved sitting down and actually designing the home together. This made such a big difference as we were able to get feedback straight away, whether it was to do with budget, materials or even how we wanted the home to feel.
Once the build started, we were amazed at how quickly and smoothly it all went. There were small things along the way that needed to be remedied but it was done quickly, professionally and without any fuss. This is how building your house should be!
Another thing that I’d like to mention is also the quality of the trades people you had on your books. You can see it in the finish… the tiling, the painting, the brick work… its all been done to a very high standard that even friends in the building industry have commented on it.
